The team behind the attraction at universal said it was part of the movie cannon but I personally don’t count anything after ultimatum as canon because let’s be honest legacy and Jason Bourne (2016) were horrible

Definitely Bourne because he doesn’t need enhancements like cross and he uses his mind and environment as a weapon
