Outcome-3 was an Operation Outcome asset. He was portrayed by Oscar Isaac. He is the third of nine subjects.

Outcome-3 was sent into the wilderness to rendezvous with Outcome-5 (Aaron Cross) at end of O-5's survival exercise—possibly, Cross guesses, as O-3's punishment for having violated strictures against making personal attachments ("That's it, you fell in love"). O-3 would feign intentions of shooting Cross for the slight, though instead gave him the gun so he’d be better protected against the wildlife. O-3 would would also promise Cross some of his Chems in order to maintain his enhancements, as Cross accidentally lost his own on his way to the rendezvous.
After Pamela Landy and Jason Bourne’s public exposure of Operations Treadstone and Blackbriar had threatened Outcome as well, Eric Byer decides to have all of the Outcome operatives and affiliates killed. Outcome-3, alongside Cross, hears the arrival of Byer’s attack drone and proposes that they should split up. However, Outcome-3 is too late to leave the cabin and is killed when a drone missile hits it, seconds after Cross departs.
