Rurik is a former Lithuanian Land Force General and target of the CIA appearing in the video game The Bourne Conspiracy .

The Bourne Conspiracy[]
The CIA's real motive for the assassination of Rurik is unknown. Jason Bourne did, however, have orders to go to the university in Vilnius, Lithuania, and to shoot Rurik from a height with a sniper rifle as he was about to give a speech. Bourne first took out Rurik's guard, then shot him as he was about to drive away, killing him in the crash. Bourne then came under fire from a large number of Rurik guards, and even the APC. But Bourne was able to use the explosion at the brewery to escape the danger.
Rurik was shot and killed by Jason Bourne while driving.
